GENERAL ORGANISATION
Breaks will be handled flexibly and when they are suitable, although there is an indication of time so that speakers can adapt to it
Lunch & Dinner will take place in a nearby restaurant; between the end of a session and lunch/dinner there will be half an hour free time
Moderators will change for each session; they will ensure that
- the necessary hand-outs are printed and made available by the contributors
- internet access and laptop for presentations are working
- the time will be respected on the basis of flexibility and suitability (stop who is too much holding the floor)
- the goal and the subject(s) of the session will be respected by us (complex up-coming questions which are not programmed and might be instead on the programme in another session, should be held back, noted on a flipchart and treated later when appropriate)
- everybody will contribute (use of moderation techniques: flipchart, brainstorming, moderation cards …)
Meeting minutes
will be taken by Enrico Caniglia (UNIPG) and Katerina Strani (HWU) and later posted on the RADAR platform
